Who receives your information?

UAB IT prekyba provides the Namas3D service. Contact us at info@namas3d.lt about enquiries and personal information.

What do we collect and why?

The enquiry form collects your name, email, selected service and project description. A phone number, drawings and photos are optional. We use the information to understand your needs, prepare a quote and contact you about the project. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Only send documents you have permission to share. Cover any unnecessary identification numbers, signatures or other personal information before uploading.

How do we store enquiries?

We save enquiries in a private database and attachments in private server storage. We also send the enquiry and its attachments to our info@namas3d.lt mailbox. Attachments have no public download links. Hostingo hosts the site and email. We do not sell this information or send it to advertising platforms.

For enquiries that do not become orders, we remove website copies and database records after 180 days. The seven latest database backups are retained. If a project does not go ahead, we review and remove messages and attachments from the mailbox within six months. For agreed projects, we arrange document retention separately. Accounting records follow applicable retention rules.

Technical information and cookies

The form uses a temporary session cookie, namas3d_session. The namas3d_admin session cookie supports administration and password-protected project previews. The form session expires after two hours. To limit repeated enquiries, we keep a hash of the IP address for up to one hour. Server access logs may include the IP address, time, requested URL and technical browser information for operation and security.

When you open the 3D demo, we use the site session to count one opening per day. The database stores daily totals for this measure. We load the demo from our own server when opened.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or restrict its use. Email info@namas3d.lt. You can also contact Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate.

Publishing projects

We agree separately on access to your model and permission to show the project in our portfolio. Client drawings, electrical points and camera information are private by default. Demonstration concepts are labelled.
